Return-to-base repairs

Clearmark Solutions provide a return-to-base repair service at our facility in Nottingham, where our dedicated team of Technical Engineers are able to quickly diagnose faults and repair equipment to a high standard. The team has recently been certified as Zebra Printer Repair Specialists in recognition of their exceptional repair work.

The team uses only genuine OEM parts for both ICE and Zebra repairs to ensure no warranties are voided and printers are returned to high performance whilst working efficiently to guarantee a fast turnaround and minimise any expensive downtime.

We evaluate all equipment and send a detailed report and formal quotation which requires customer approval prior to work being carried out for full transparency. Repairs are issued with a bespoke returns number to ensure accurate processing.

Hire equipment is also available on request to avoid production disruption whilst your equipment is being repaired.
