The Zodiac Falcon has been designed to be simple, reliable and efficient. Its 1,200 metre ribbon capacity and variety of ribbon economy modes maximises the time between ribbon changeovers, improving uptime. With its intelligent airless design, it removes conventional air and energy settings that operators may over adjust.
The CLARiSUITE software ensures a simple user experience that minimises operator error, including integrated print checking with iAssure™, which can be set up to automatically stop a line after a determined amount of bad codes. The software also includes instructional videos on how to fix common print problems ensuring every product has accurate, legible code.
Integration
The Zodiac Falcon is designed to be compact and modular and fits onto almost all production lines with industry-standard mounting features, making it perfect for OEMs. It has a range of install options, including separating the CLARiTY Graphical User Interface (GUI) from the Power Supply Unit (PSU) for greater flexibility when installing onto a parent packaging machine.
The award-winning Clearmark design team has an extensive library of proven designs and integrations to act as a starting point and can use state-of-the-art technologies such as 3D printing to optimise the design process for new integration assemblies. The Zodiac Falcon uses intuitive CLARiSUITE software and has limited wear components, which are fast and easy to change to ensure that manufacturers are up and running as quickly as possible.
iAssure™
iAssure™ is a revolutionary integrated print checking system helping customers to minimise production disruption and downtime. It works by creating a real time image of the negative on the printed ribbon which is automatically checked for common print defects, these can be viewed on the CLARiTY monitor to assess the performance quality of the printer.
